Green Sage Doctors clinic will close on 12/31/2023.  

We will no longer be providing the Medical Marijuana Physician Certification for new or renewal patients. All existing patients who have renewed in 2023 should have a valid Medical Marijuana card through 2026.   

Patients needing a renewal certification will need to find a new provider for their next renewal.
